Leaders often struggle because they aren't taking care of all the areas of their life that make a difference. Just us for the next 45 days to help change the trajectory of your leadership future. This program will help challenge you to be physically healthy, mentally healthy, and spiritually healthy. This plan is self guided for most days, however there are required built in person or online coaching sessions for accountability and motivation.
